The 2009 miss maryland outstanding teen pageant

To compete in the Miss Maryland's Outstanding Teen Scholarship Pageant, a contestant must: A) first win a local pageant, or B) become an "At Large Contestant". At Large Contestants pay a $500 entry fee to compete at the state level and do not have to compete in a local pageant. To become Miss America’s Outstanding Teen, must win a local competition and then compete and win the opportunity to represent her state. To compete in the Miss Maryland Outstanding Teen program, you need commitment, perseverance, talent and ambition. It is a process requiring personal commitment and hard work.
